If you are the parent, guardian or caregiver for patient, please have patient present for telemedicine visit. If patient is not available, please call to reschedule your appointment. 

If you are driving, please pull over prior to your visit. Telemedicine visits cannot be conducted while you are operating a motor vehicle.
